This compact luxury house has been built on 3 cents of land but is well designed for maximum space utilization. Skillful design techniques makes this house look much bigger than it actually is. A good blend of Neo Classical and Traditional Kerala architecture designs result in a beautiful elevation which is very unique.

In spite of being built on 3 cents of land, this 1400 SqFt. house is very spacious and has 4 bedrooms, a pooja room, open living and dining room and beautiful front yard and spacious car park.

The terrace of this house has been covered with a beautiful truss roof with tiles giving it a very traditional look. It is covered on all sided with walls with ample windows and air holes for ventilation. With a bathroom and wash basin on the terrace, it becomes a perfect spot to host functions for gatherings up to 50 people.
